Nike To Replace Cristiano Ronaldo with Neymar – Report

A report from Spanish economic newspaper El Economista says that Nike is dropping Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo in 2016 as its main endorser and replacing him with Barcelona's Neymar.

According to the newspaper , Nike had been considering making Neymar their #1 guy since the World Cup in 2014 but decided to hold off until Neymar improved his standing in Europe. And now that it seems to have happened, Nike is prepared to make the move.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been the top guy at Nike for the past number of years.

I love Ronaldo and Neymar, so no biggie really for me. It's Neymar's time to shine so let's see how this pans out next year.
