For The Past 50-Yrs Adamawa Have Not Seen Solid Development Worth To 100Mil Naira—SSG

The Secretary to Adamawa state Government (SSG), Dr Umar Bindir said the state has never experience any solid development that is worth up to 100 million for the past Fifty years.

Bindir said this today ( Friday) in Yola when a delegation of National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to commiserate with the state over flood disaster that ravaged seven LGs in the state.

He added that,the Administration of Governor Jibrila is bend to the Business of changing all phases of the state with his agenda master plan " Bindow for Social Change "(BSC) for the benefit of all the people in the state.

" Is Unfortunate this Governor who is thinking business but is confronting with natural disasters, insurgency and all myriads of challenge scuttling his effort. With his Agenda Bindow for social change I am sure there is going to be definite growth in all phase of the state ". Bindir said

Bindir also lament that because of the unfortunate incidence of attacks done by Boko Haram, many organization whose identity is not known to the Government have turned the state into a business venture.

According to him the organization come in the name of humanity service at any time without prior notice and get whatever they want without contacting us, Managing insurgency is becoming a business they truly want the Federal government to intervene and the end their effort is over stretching the functionality of the government and NEMA.

He pray that Insurgency and all form of militancy will be a thing of the past and every other IDPs will go back to their home

He advice of the dredging of River Gongola as the state Government will partner with to always meet and achieve the needs of those affected by natural as well as man made disasters.
