Adamawa: Suicide Attack Kills Five
SAN FRANCISCO, September 11, (THEWILL) – A suicide attack by a suspected female Boko Haram member killed five persons and left others wounded in Madagali, Adamawa state, the Executive Secretary of Adamawa State Emergency Management Agency (ADSEMA), Haruna Furo told reporters on Friday.
The official said Friday's attack occurred at the main market in the town about the same time an IED exploded at the internally displaced persons camp in Malkohi, in the northeastern state.
At least seven persons were killed at the displaced persons camp that is guarded by soldiers.
The Boko Haram, a terrorist group that has pledged allegiance to ISIS, is responsible for thousands of death in northern Nigeria.
