Eaglets beaten 3-2 by World Cup rivals Croatia

Nigeria's Golden Eaglets were beaten 3-2 to Croatia in their final match of the Suwon International Cup on Sunday.

According to reports, the Eaglets finished on four points at the invitational after they beat Brazil 2-1 and drew 1-1 with hosts South Korea.

The result of the match will determine the overall winners of the competition.

Brazil have three points, while Korea are on two points.

Incidentally, Nigeria and Croatia will clash again at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile in October.

The Eaglets, who are the reigning world champions, will train in Argentina for the World Cup in Chile.
