Why I Ventured Into Music—Laide Bakare

Nollywood actress, Laide Bakare, is back into the country after spending some months outside the country to relax with her family and to shoot some movies but she came back with a new business idea which she has now put to use.

The versatile actress actress, who just launched her record label, 'Simline' records, revealed to Nollywoodgists.com that the label has been in existence for about two years now but officially signed two new artistes recently.

On why she chose to venture into music business rather than other ventures, Laide stated that she is an entertainment entrepreneur who does entertainment business.

In her words about her record label, “It's been around for so long for like 2 years and we just signed officially two new artistes. I'm a business person. I do entertainment business. I'm a business entrepreneur.”
