RSG Warns Banks Against Loans To Local Governments

The Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Chief Barr Nyesom E. Wike, CON, has warned all banks and financial institutions against giving loans to Local Governments, Ministries and Parastatals without his express approval in writing.

Consequently, any institution that floats this order does so at its own risk.
