On April 24, 2015, Awele Jennifer Hansel and her Husband Austin Hansel organized the most elegant baby shower that we have ever covered or attended, for Nollywood Actress Uche Jombo & her Husband Kenny Rodriguez in Houston, Texas. Uche showed off her baby bump in a strapless blue dress, while wearing her braids in an updo.

Friends and family flew in from all parts of the world including Nigeria, UK, and across America to attend this grand baby shower! The event was hosted by Houston-based comedian MCPC, and a surprise guest comedian JEDI, who also was in Houston at the time popped in to grace the occasion, while cracking some jokes that got the crowd in stitches. Houston-based Saxophonist 'Shola Iyiola' was also at the event to entertain the expectant couple and the crowd. We also recalled that while Uche was dancing, she mentioned to a Golden Icons Rep. on-board that 'This DJ is really good', referring to the mix sounds from DJ SM95.

'WOW Magazine' CEO / Publisher Julie Odia was also present at the event, On Bended Knees Star Actress Sylvya Oluchy, and several Nollywood-USA folks were also present including, but not limited to Chisom Oz-Lee, Dtymi Ngozi Ibe, Kelechi Eke (Bigobi), Bianka Johnson, Eva Banks, Stanley Chinedu.
