Former United States President, Bill Clinton who is the main subject of this book was the only child of Virginia Cassidy Blythe and William Jefferson Blythe Jr. who died few months before his son's birth in 1946. The mother later married Roger Clinton, the family moved to Hot Springs and Bill Clinton formally adopted his stepfather's surname.

After he graduated from Hot Springs High School, he attended Georgetown University, Oxford University and received a degree from Yale Law School.

He married Hillary Rodham a fellow student whom he met at Yale. The couple moved to Clinton's home state where he worked as a law professor at the University of Arkansas. He got involved politics as a Democrat. In 1974, he ran for a seat in the U.S House of Representatives, but lost to a republican opponent. In 1976, he was elected Attorney General of Arkansas and was elected Governor of the state in 1978. On 27 February 1980, his daughter Chelsea Victoria Clinton-Mezvinsky was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr Bill Clinton won the governorship again in 1982. After the Democratic presidential nomination in 1992, Clinton along with vice-president nominee Al Gore defeated the incumbent President, George H.W. Bush. In January, 1993 Bill Clinton was sworn in as the United States President at the age 46, making him the third-youngest president in history at the time. During his first term as president, he enacted variety of domestic legislation which include, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Violence Against Women Act, bills pertaining to crime, education, welfare reform and gun violence. His administration brokered the Dayton Accords which ended the war in Bosnia and helped brokered Peace Accord in Northern Ireland. He signed the North American Free Trade Agreement, he put forth measures that reduced federal budget deficit and attempted to enact universal health insurance for all Americans.

In his second term as President, the U.S economy experienced growth, unemployment fell to its lowest rates, technology boomed, the internet thrived and the United States achieved the first federal budget surplus in three decades.

In the midst of these events and achievements, Clintons' second term was marred by sexual scandal with White House intern, Monica Lewinsky. The U.S House of Representatives impeached him for perjury and obstruction of justice in connection with the relationship. On February 12 1999, the U.S Senate acquitted him of the charges and he remained in office.

However, several years after the scandal, many still hold Clinton in contempt. Some still despise him even when he had admitted that his relationship with Monica Lewinsky was "Wrong" and "Not Appropriate."

It's time to let go, it's time to bring about reconciliation, forgiveness and peace among the Democrats, the partisans, and the citizenry. In this book, the author takes the reader through the lives and times of some leaders around the world, to enable the reader see how these great leaders erred and were caught in sexual scandals and how some made mistakes, blunders at the process of governing, to enable everyone accept the fact that humans no matter how highly placed also err, and that Clinton erred does not mean he's evil, only God does not err at all.
