Adamawa PDP Conceded Defeat......Congratulates Senator Bindow

The entire State Executive Committee, Stakeholders and members of the People Democratic Party (PDP) Adamawa state Chapter, Congratulates the Governor-elect of the state, Senator Umaru Bindow Jibrilla. Umaru who won the election under the All Progressives Congress (APC)

The congratulatory letter which was given at the party Secretariat during the party's stakeholders maiden meeting after the April polls, apexed the signatory of the state party chairman, chief Joel Hammajoda Madaki and considered the last gubernatorial election as a rancor free one despite much effort to win the election.

" We as a party came into the contest with every optimism that we shall be granted the opportunity to govern the state, however , God in His wisdom decided to thrust you

With the responsibility, being the flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC). We have conceded defeat and accept the results of the polls in good faitt and congratulate you as you are taken the state into a new phase of governance".They said

Also at the meeting some of the stakeholders said the last election is not a lost at all because of how PDP is still having a well designed structure which is going to give them a better chance to be a strong positive opposition party.

The party chairman, chief Joel Madaki, appeal to the member of the party to remain camp and be law abiding to present government as there more chance to reclaim the mandate after four years.

Some lamented the absent of the PDP gubernatorial candidate, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu to at least thank them for the much effort they put in despite imposing him on them.
