Adamawa Police Command Ban The Use Of Vehicles, Tricycles For Saturday Elections
The Adamawa police command today issued a press statement Banning the use of Unauthorised vehicles and all form of tricycles in the state in order to insure a very successful Saturday's polls.
The commissioner of the state command A G Adaji while addressing journalist in his office said as from 6am 28th march all vehicles are restricted from going about until 6pm on Saturday, he also made known that all tricycles are banned from moving around as from 6am 28th March to 30th March,2015 calling on the general public to comply with the new order in order to have a successful polls.
According Adaji more than twelve thousand police men are deployed to various polling units to Mann the voting center
"We deployed more than twelve thousand over personal with many under cover police officers who will help in the conduct and to ensure that the elections are hitch free with at least four police men in a particular unit to maintain peace and order" Adaji said
He also stressed a strong warnings to people not been authorized to use vehicles as the wrath of the law will be decisive fall on those found wanting.
