LETTER OF COMPLAINT AND PETITION
I, Comrade Emenike Nwabachili humbly write to inform you about my epoch making discoveries on sexually transmitted diseases i.e. solution and cure for STD esp. HIV\ AIDS. I published two academic papers on sexually transmitted diseases on 10th May, 2001. The first academic paper is sexually transmitted diseases: their cure. The second academic paper is sexually transmitted diseases: their witches connection. (See holistic analysis of my two academic papers after this letter. It will soon appear in my website Emenike Nwabachili which I will open in no distant time)
Nevertheless, I heard from reliable source that United Nation Organization (UNO) and her department World Health Organization (WHO) intercepted my academic papers on 12th May 2001 and confirmed it 100% effective and efficient on 13th May 2001. The STD esp. HIV\ AIDS account set up by United Nation Organization (UNO) in World Bank for the person that will discover the solution and cure for STD esp HIV\ AIDS changed to Emenike Nwabachili account with immediate effect as stipulated in the STD esp HIV\AIDS statutes. From reliable source I gathered that United Nation Organization pegged €100 billion (Euro) for the person that will discover the solution and cure for STD esp HIV\ AIDS. United Nation Organization (UNO) pegged £4 trillion (pounds) for the person that will discover the cure (drug) for STD esp HIV\ AIDS. All countries of our world also pegged money individually at World Bank coordinated by United Nation Organization (UNO) for this same purpose. From reliable source, I heard that United Nation Organization (UNO) has statutes (in secret website of world health Organization) design exclusively on how to recompense or compensate the person that will discover the solution and cure for STD esp HIV\ AIDS. This aforementioned financial benefit are there. We also have in the statutes that the person that will discover solution or cure for STD esp HIV\AIDS will step into the corridors of power of his country as totalitarian civilian Governor of his states, totalitarian civilian president of his country and he will be totalitarian civilian leader of United Nation Organization (UNO) for a stipulated long period of years. From reliable source, I gathered that President George. W. Bush of U.S.A. and United Nation leader, Mr Gordon Brown, Prime Minister of Great Britain, Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of England, Nelson Mandela of South Africa, Dr Kofi Annan, former United Nation secretary General, Ms condoleeza Rice, U.S. secretary of state, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, former president of Nigeria, President Umaru Musa Yaradua, President of Nigeria, Chief Emeka Ojukwu, Mr Wolforwitz, ex- world Bank president , Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, ex-vice president (Africa) World Bank, Dr Oby Ezekwesili, vice president (Africa) World Bank, General Ibrahim Babangida ( rtd) ex- military president of Nigeria, Prof. (Mrs) Ndi Okereke- Onyiuke, Director General Nigeria stock exchange, Mr Michael Ibru and his wife Dr Cecilia Ibru ex- Chairman and managing Director of Oceanic Bank Nigeria, Archbishop Maxwell Anikwenwa Bishop of Awka Dioceses, Prof. Dora Akunyili, Dr Andy Uba, Senator Joy Emordi etc.mutilated and falsified facts and figures in STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes in secret websites of World Health Organization (WHO) for their selfish end using internet authority, which is unpardonable as far as information technology (info. tech) is concern.
Moreso, around late May 2001 the news that president George .W. Bush of U.S.A., Mr Gordon Brown, prime minister of Great Britain, Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of England, Nelson Mandela of South Africa, Dr Kofi Annan, former United Nation secetary General, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, President Umaru Musa Yaradua, Condoleeza Rice, Mr Wolforwitz, Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Chief Emeka Ojukwu, Dr Andy Uba, Senator Joy Emordi, Senator Ben Obi, Prof. Dora Akunyili, Prof. Pat Utomi, Mr Jim Ovia, Managing Director Zenith Bank Nigeria, Archbiship Maxwell Anikwenwa, Prof. Ndi Okereke- Onyiuke, Prof. Charles Soludo, Governor central Bank of Nigeria, have interfered with Emenike Nwabachili account former STD esp HIV\ AIDS account leaked. This created furore (general uproar) which lasted until the bombing of world trade center on September 11, 2001 up till today because good people of United states, Great Britain, South Africa, Nigeria and our entire (egalitarian: favouring the doctrine of equal rights, benefits and opportunities for all citizens) world abhor or hate infraction (breaking of rules or law). From reliable source, I also gathered that the pegged money in Emenike Nwabachili account former STD esp HIV\ AIDS account must be paid in arrears (presumably 30- 40 yrs) from 1982 or 1983. STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes was enacted, appended, and acceded.
Nonetheless, instead of writing me officially with immediate effect after the confirmation of my academic paper on May 13, 2001 as stipulated in STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes, President. W. Bush of United States and United Nation leader, Dr Kofi Annan, former United Nation Secetary General, Condoleeza Rice, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, President Umaru Yaradua, Nelson Mandela, Mr. Wolforwitz, Gen. Badamosi Babangida (rtd), Queen Elizabeth II, Dr. Mrs. Okonjo Iweala, Prof. Dora Akunyili, Senator Ben Obi, Prof. Charles Soludo, Mr Michael Ibru and his wife Dr. Cecilia Ibru resolved to kill me and pocket my money, due for my epoch making discoveries on sexually transmitted diseases esp HIV\ AIDS. They connived with my heartless father, brothers, sisters and relation to kill me for nothing but God did not allow them. Central bank of Nigeria through the Central Bank Governor Prof. Charles Soludo took delivery of the shares of the booty of his co-Nigerian acolytes from World Bank. They use international cheque ($1000 is equivalent to $1 billion) to distribute the fund. They also use the fund to mobilize people (friends, associates, relations) to work in order to instigate my death at all cost but God did not allow them. From 13th May 2001, the day my academic papers was confirmed, they resorted to scandal or rumour mongering in my country (Nigeria) that I am a victim of sexually transmitted diseases. This rumour mongering lasted for 3 years. President George .W. Bush, Mr Gordon Brown, Prime minister of Great Britain, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Senator Ben Obi, Mr Austin Ndigwe, through one Mr Aforka Nnebe, his wife Mrs. Josephine Nnebe (my maternal grandfather relation) and Miss. Uche Anierobi conspired and killed my maternal grandfather Mr Ogbonnia Chinwuba through poisoned edible gift i.e botulism (food poisoning) in 2002. As if this wasn't enough this same people connived with notorious women in my town: Mrs Nwume, retired Assistant Superitendent of police, Mrs Nwangbogoye Akabogu a teacher inclusive and relations Mr. Aforka Nwabachili, Mr Nwejike Nwabachili and his wife Mrs. Joy Nwabachili, Col. Paschal Mogbo of Nigerian Army, Mrs Margaret Okeke, and her son Mr. Emenike Okeke living in America, Mr. Nwoye Nwabachili, Mr. Sunday Nwabachili and his wife Bunmi inclusive, to kill my mother Mrs. Caroline Nwabachili through poisoned edible gift i.e. botulism ( food poisoning). They killed my maternal grandfather Mr. Ogbonnia Chinwuba and my mother Mrs. Caroline Nwabachili because they thought that they might be invincible and formidable to overcome which might frustrate their effort to kill me overtly (openly) with one thing or the other and siphon my money. I now petition that president George W. Bush of U.S.A., Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, President Umaru Yaradua, President of Nigeria, Condoleeza Rice, U.S. Secretary of States and their acolytes will compensate me extensively for the death of my maternal grandfather Mr. Ogbonnia Chinwuba and my mother Mrs. Caroline Nwabachili and for United Nation Organization (UNO) to immortalize them (through foundation, naming higher institution and public places to their credit etc) through out our egalitarian world because they martyred them without any fault of theirs (just because they want to kill me for nothing). Nevertheless people hear my thoughts and actions and reply as they want under the influence of a deity that decipher my thoughts and actions and streamline 3G cellular Network monitored all over our egalitarian world through GSM cellular phone. They organized my students, friends, associates and relatives including my nursery school, primary school, secondary school, university, post graduate diploma, youth service contemporaries who communicated with me as they like (and they are still communicating with me as at now am writing this letter) through the 3G streamline cellular network monitored through out our egalitarian world. I heard their voice stridently and clearly in the atmosphere. They respond 24 hours (on daily basis) to my thoughts and actions as exposed by the deity in order to useless my psyche i.e. state of mind and cause untold hardship physically and spiritually to me. This 3G streamline (G.S.M) cellular network started around December 2004 and continued up to this time am writing this letter. They wanted to use this system to close my record in this world and kill me shamefully but God will not allow them. They said that I don't do evil and because of that, that they will erase my good record (good reputation) from this world. That's why they invited my contemporaries in this 3G telecom network so that I will be sorrowful unto death. Nelson Mandela of South Africa, Emeka Ojukwu, Mr Peter Obi and his wife Mrs Margaret Obi, Mrs Virgy Etiaba etc wanted to decoy me to the frontiers ( ie okposi shrine in Enugu State) in order to kill me painfully and stressfully hiding under the guise that they want to use my soul and spirit as deity. But their effort toward that was fruitless.
Howbeit, President George.W. Bush, Queen Elizabeth II, Condoleeza Rice, U.S. Secretary of State, Chief Olusegu Obasanjo, President Umaru Yaradua, Mr. Emeka Ojukwu, Mr Peter Obi and his wife Mrs Margaret Obi, Mrs Virgy Etiaba and her sons Mr Emeka Etiaba and Mr Echezona Etiaba, Prof. Dora Akunyili, Gen.Ibrahim Babangida (rtd), Prof. Patrick Utomi, Prof. Ndi Okereke- Onyiuke, Mr Michael Ibru, Dr Cecilia Ibru, Hon. Keluo Molokwu and his wife Mrs Mma Molokwu, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion, Chief Sylvester Nwobu –alor, Miss Chioma Nwkankwo of Arochukwu, Miss Chika Offor of Umuchu, Senator Ben Obi, Archibishop Maxwell Anikwenwa, Cheif Nweke Ndigwe, Mr Austin Ndigwe, Mr Victor Umeh, Col. Paschal Mogbo of Nigerian Army, Pastor William Kumuyi, of Deeper life ministry,Pastor Akhigbe of milk and honey ministry, Bishop John Osa-Oni of vineyard Christian ministry, Rev. Christian Akabogu, Mr Isaac Akabogu living in America, Mr Oge Anozie of Ezira, Mr Anere Nweke of Nibo, Mr Osita Onuma of Arondizogu, Prof. Ilochi Okafor of Unizik, Prof. Ben Nwabueze etc and their acolytes connived with my heartless father, brothers, sisters and relations to kill me but God did not allow them. They started by injecting high powered lethal drug mixed with leprosy, HIV, tuberculosis, dilute Hcl etc. into me through the buttocks, from July or August 2005 to September 2006. They gave the high powered injection shots mix with leprosy, HIV, tuberculosis, dilute Hcl etc to me 10 times through the buttocks periodically (1-11/2 months interval). Just intermittent assassination bid for nothing. They wanted to kill me through this, but God being so kind with me, I survived all of them despite the fact that they have terminal effect. I would have died a day or two days after I received the 10th injection shots but God intervened and one of my enemies Mrs. Franca Chinwuba brought neutralizer called Arcane when I was in a critical condition due to the lethal injection shots they gave me a day or two days before that day and I later regained my consciousness. This was an illegal nocturnal attempt on my life to kill me and take my money as stipulated by United Nation Organization for the person that will discover the solution and cure for STD esp HIV\ AIDS. They normally carry out their dastardly act (giving of lethal injections shots) against me around 7.30 pm- 8. 30 pm, each day they want to give me the lethal injection shots. They brought capsules that has the same effect as the lethal injection shots and force me to take it under the supervision of my heartless father, relations and their quack Doctor and quack pharmacist. Later I rejected the drug and they resorted to putting it in my soup and any food they brought to me up to this moment I am writing this letter. They also put all sorts of retrogressive drugs (that reduce my intelligence and intellect), poison, leprosy, HIV, tuberculosis, genital warts, diluted acid and base to my food to kill me for nothing but God did not allow them.
However, they stop my natural medicine consultancy business (through my heartless father and relatives). Also they seize good natural medicine am taking intending that I won't have any other (alternative) drug to resort to so that sexually transmitted diseases will kill me. This is because they know that in accordance with the epoch making discoveries on STD, that sensitive orthodox medicine (i.e. antibiotics) taking with water can't do any thing to the sexually transmitted micro- organism because I have been taken my natural medicine which has hot drinks as its foundation liquid or solvent. To God be the glory I introduce (crushed) sensitive 500mg electromycin and take it with a short of hot drinks which calm the sexually transmitted micro- organism and gave me soothing effects.
In conclusion, this is just my ordeal up to this moment am writing this letter, so I want your good office to work on this my complaints and petition and give the deserve financial, social and political treatment as written in United Nation STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes to me and also to punish those that forge (falsified ) my signature on May 2001 and interfered into this world Bank STD esp HIV\ AIDS account now Emenike Nwabachili account ( illegal withdrawal) and give them their terminal desert (death sentence by firing squad or by hanging) as stipulated in STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes. This terminal punishment suppose to have been executed as written in STD esp HIV\AIDS statutes around May- June 2001 (instead president George.W. Bush, Queen Elizabeth II, Condoleeza Rice etc as fugitives hosted by their acolytes in Nigeria i.e. Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, President Umaru Yaradua etc.) conspired to kill me for nothing. My maternal grandfather and my mother was their first and second victim. Also since they manhandle me for nothing I want your good office to drill them through all this evil treatment they meted out to me for nothing before final execution. And since they killed my maternal grandfather, my sweet mother and gave me this unnatural terminal punishments (which are against United Nation law) for nothing, simply because God used me to open a rusted camera shutter (i.e. solution and cure for resistance of STD esp HIV\ AIDS) and touch our world in grand style, I submit that they must die unnatural death. STD esp HIV\ AIDS statute said that I will take over as totalitarian civilian Governor of my state, totalitarian civilian president of my country, totalitarian civilian leader of United Nation Organization (UNO) and since we witness voluntary infraction (breaking of laws and rule) of the United Nation STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes from that 2001 May I suppose to assume the reins of government of my state, my country and United Nation up till today the (culprits) offenders must pay for that and I will receive my salaries and allowances in arrears (from 2001 May to the day I will take over officially )in accordance with United Nation law (STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes ) provision. My political tenure as totalitarian civilian leader of United Nation Organization (UNO), totalitarian civilian president of Nigeria and totalitarian civilian Governor of Anambra state starts from the day I will take over officially and runs as stipulated in STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes. In my totalitarian civilian regime as the president of Federal Republic of Nigeria and commander in chief of the armed forces all elective position (House of senate, House of representatives, Governors, House of Assembly, Local Government Chairman and councilors) in all tiers of the government (Federal, State and local Government) will be by appointment (after aptitude test and interview). This is just to checkmate the influx of rogues and criminals that may sabotage our reformatory government since we have United Nations Organisation (UNO) approval in accordance with STD especially HIV/AIDS statutes. The person (that will represent his people by appointment) must be bloodless, drug-free, selfless, must not be a womanizer or a flirt and must have his or her certificates (primary school, secondary school). Genuine certificate of proficiency (college of education, college of agriculture, polytechnics and university) will be added advantage. All the major and minor actors (in Nigeria and all countries of our egalitarian world) that participated immensely in this my reckless manhandling, dehumanization, deprivation and orchestrated attempt to kill me for touching our world (opening of the rusted camera shutter on STD esp HIV\ AIDS) must get full measure of the actions they meted to me and face extra consequences as stipulated in United Nation law provision. No doubt, those position whether elective or appointing from 2001 May upwards that emanated from (start from) the leader of United Nation, all elective or appointing position (from 2001 May upwards) in my country Nigeria with all humility must be nullify and erase in arrears (from May 2001) with immediate effect. All elective, royal and appointing position held by the victims (those that sign and withdrew money illegally from Emenike Nwabachili account, former STD esp HIV\ AIDS account that suppose to face the consequence of their actions which is death sentence by firing squad or by hanging since May 2001) with all humility must be nullify and erase in arrears (from May 2001) with immediate effect in all countries of our egalitarian world in accordance with United Nations (STD esp HIV AIDS statutes) law provision. All the illegal signatories (serving presidents, royal personalities or any other officials) to that Emenike Nwabachili account former STD esp HIV\ AIDS account and all elective and appointing officers in United Nation and in my country Nigeria (from May 2001) must loose or submit their position, their salaries, allowances, illegal (unlawful) expenditure (disbursement) and even their fixed deposit interest as from May 13 2001, because their stay after committing this infraction (breaking of a rule and law) was illegal . Their policies and its execution must follow due process and show zero tolerance to corruption (no inflated contract or expenditure, just the normal price) in accordance with my policy posture since they are United Nation STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes breakers (law breakers).I want them (the culprits) to give the reward of the business I suppose to be doing since that May 2001, which is using those entire amount in STD esp HIV\ AIDS account and their arrears to participate in wholesale Dutch auction system and sell at authorized dealers. It suppose to be a rolling week to week deal or business. (i.e. foreign exchange business). I also want them (the culprits) to give me World Bank interest due to me as per the over all amount in Emenike Nwabachili account former STD esp HIV\ AIDS account, its arrears and wholesale Dutch auction business profit since the siphoned money in Emenike Nwabachili account i.e former STD esp HIV\ AIDS account since May 2001 belong to me and I suppose to start this Dutch auction system business at once with all my fund up till today. So since they (the culprits) are the people that withheld this amount for nothing they must give me all my Dutch auction system profit from May 13 2001, up till the time they will remit my fund, its arrears and profit because it is financial crime and United Nations statutes (STD esp HIV\ AIDS statutes) and constitution are clear about its consequences. My two academic papers i.e sexually transmitted diseases: their cure and sexually transmitted diseases: their witches connection are enclosed within.
