Uduehi urges Ndokwa Nation to vote for PDP
..as large crowd welcomes Okowa campaign rally in Ukwuani LGA
Obiaruku, A foremost leader of Ndokwa nation and peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chieftain in Delta State, has urged Ndokwa people to vote for the ruling Peoples Democratic Party in the upcoming elections next month, Dr. Esther Uduehi, a former governorship aspirant in the State, was responding to an advertorial in one of the dailies by an Ndokwa group. She stated that “Delta State is a PDP State.” Dr. Uduehi spoke to Journalists at both stadia in Aboh, Ndokwa East Local Government Area and Kwale, Ndokwa West Local Government Areas last week. “As you saw from both venues last week where our Governorship candidate, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, addressed mammoth crowds, it is obvious that PDP will win in the upcoming elections. PDP has a sellable candidate who has the interest of the people at heart”, she added.
While addressing Journalists at the Ukwuani Local Government Area PDP Rally, held at Obiaruku Grammar School, The Achiwame I of Ndokwaland continued, “Today now in Obiaruku as you are witnessing, the support for Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and those that received the party flag is overwhelming. Okowa is a very sellable product. What you have been witnessing in everywhere the campaign train has stopped is not a fluke. PDP is strong here. I have been with PDP since the inception of the party. So, I know what I am talking about. We will deliver the State for PDP again.”
The former PDP State Chairman, Chief Barr. Peter Nwaboshi received the PDP flag to represent Delta North, while Hon. Pastor Ossai Ossai is the PDP flag bearer to represent the Ndokwa / Ukwuani Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives for a second tenure.
In Ndokwa East, Comrade Friday Osanebi received the PDP flag for the State House of Assembly. In Ndokwa West, Hon. Azuka Azaka received the PDP flag for House of Assembly, while in Ukwuani LGA, Hon. Alphonsus Ojo was given the PDP flag to return for a third term.
