2015 Election:pdp Is A Party Of Destroyers-pdm National Chairman
The People Democratic Movement party, PDM has flag off it's campaign program for February polls at the Mammud Ribadu's square in Adamawa state,thousands of supporters across the 21 LGAs chunged the square to witness and show their solidarity to the party they called "party of the common people".
The chairman of the party Dr Bashir Yusuf address the mammoth crowds with a resounding slogan of the party which symbolises "light an enemy of darkness" who do not hesitate to berates PDP members by calling them artificial looters, initiators of all the Nigerian problems and group of destroyers of our democracy
"I am giving a torch light to all Adamawa people that can trace the evil agenda of PDP,I am giving you a torch light that you can use to navigate the bad and wicked roads the previous government created for us in this country with no electricity and this torch light will be use to expose every hidden agenda of PDP"
"Above all I have come to flag off our party campaign that is going to form the next government in Adamawa,to also give a flag of victory to our gubernatorial aspirant,Dr Modibbo Ahmed and his running mate Engr Anthony Madwatte, and to other aspirants who are vying for different elective positions will be equally given the flag witch has the symbol of a torch light,signifying light has come to the people of Adamawa".Bashir said
While calling on all the aspirants for their flags the state chairman of the party Alhaji Sa'adu Maiyaki reminded them of the task of going to the grass root to concretize their votes and educate the electorates on the new wind of change that is blowing across the country through PDM party.
"We have aspirants vying for all the elective positions in our party in this state,our three senators are ;Babangida Jibrilla (BBJ) to be representing Adamawa north senatorial district, Engr A'isha Ahmed Binani is the senatorial aspirant of Adamawa central and Binos Yaroe is contesting for Adamawa southern senatorial district, we are giving you this flag to go and do the minds of Adamawa people."He said
On his response on behave of all aspirants the gubernatorial aspirant of the party Dr Modibbo Ahmed assured the people of Adamawa with his good policies that will touch the live of every individuals in the state with programs that will cause a rapid development in all sectors of the state's economy
"My government indeed is going to be people's oriented government with an open policy that will hold me accountable, I will revive both the education and health sector,our youth will be gainful employed, we will harness the state vast untaped minerals resource and explore many ways to generate our internal revenue" Ahmed promised
Thousands of PDP members defected to PDM as a result of Dr Modibbo's defection to the new party,when contacted some of his solid supporters of why following him to PDM despites their years of stay in PDP,a hoping law maker who is equally pulling crowd in Demsa LGA, Hon Peter Leonard Fwa said Adamawa people should be grateful to have PDM in the state to light our dark and doom state that PDP have pushed us without our consent because is a party of injustice, reminding the people of his area to vote for PDM because all the candidates in the party are indispensable and unmatchable with others parties aspirants, on party bases we are the best,on individual bases we all have good record to bench every candidate else where.
A close associate of Dr Modibbo Ahmed, Hon Joseph Tumba Kwatri is pleading with all the people of Adamawa that they should not misuse the God's given favor to have the kind of Ahmed Modibbo to be the governor of Adamawa state, seeing the aspirant as the only one that has Adamawa people at heart who at one point during his tenure as the national chairman of universal basic education, UBE has helped in generating a lot of money to the state for the sole purpose of improving the falling education system of the state
