THE RETURN OF THE ROAD WARRIORS
THE BABEL OF HOMOSEXUALITY
A symbol of man's proud and sinful heart, the Tower of Babel was constructed to satisfy the people's vain imagination. “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves……”they crowed – GEN. 11:4 {NIV}. In aiming a rebellious project to assault the will of God and the gates of heaven, degenerate humanity repeated the sin of Adam and Eve – GEN. 3:5. That rebellion made God resolve that the earth's first couple “must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and live forever” – GEN. 3:22 [NIV}. Centuries later, this determination to overthrow the divine injunction still stirs man's sinful heart. “I wanna live forever,” a famous anthem of various pop, rock and rap artistes up to Jay Z will remain wishful thinking! This is the truth: “there is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it” – ECCL. 8:8. A city wide enterprise, the builders of Babel competed with God rather than serve Him, they approached and related with their Maker outside His will. But they forgot that as a Manufacturer and Service Provider, God is the one to implement terms and conditions! – DT. 28:1-65.The word of God was of no effect to these city dwellers and they were scattered to the ends of the earth because of their disobedience. God's wrath was stirred up as their due reward, frustrating their tower of rebellion - GEN. 11:8. Similar hype and hyperbole is at the heart of homosexuality which sees the whole world as a play field. This is the product of an “arrogant, overfed and unconcerned”heart – EZE. 16:49. Homosexuality has evolved its media/public relations bouquets, Gay Pride marches, special enclaves, Olympics, distinctive lifestyle, festivals, a religion with worshipful gods and goddesses. Their initial slogan and organ: “What two adults do behind closed doors is nobody's business” is an import from the builders of Babel. In other words, gays are determined to “let us make ourselves a game.” Against God's code of moral conduct in the Bible, gays and lesbians have modeled idols who they serve on their mores. Just as the builders of Babel learnt very late, homosexual builders of the Tower of Gaydom must come to terms with the living reality that Jehovah can only be worshipped in holy reverence. They will inevitably be faced with the eternal truth that in God's constitution, homosexuality is sin big time! – I COR. 6:9-11; ROM. 1:18-32; I TIM. 1:9-11.The Tower of Babel was built with bricks and mortars in the absence of stones, much as the Tower of Homosexuality is sold on lies, corrupt words, propaganda and deceit since the Rock of Ages is not its builder – PSA. 99:8; EPH. 4:17. Pagan temples in the form of Ziggurats dotted ancient southern Mesopotamia as worship places as much as gay clubs are sprouting up as worship relaxation centres for the adherents of homosexuality. Just as God intervened to make the building of Babel an abandoned project and stopped it from hijacking His glory, the project managers and promoters of homosexuality will be frustrated with the immoral design in their hands. The Lord will raise a standard that will scatter them – GEN. 11:7-8. All ungodly pastors who have PhDs from Bible schools, but are not born again cannot stamp God's approval on the catastrophe called homosexuality – ROM. 9:29. Greedy “sons of Beliel, they don't know the Lord,” but only operate ministries of filthy lucre. They will have their reward in the lake of fire and brimstone, except they repent and forsake their evil ways – 1 SAM. 2:12, ROM. 1 :28.
THE TRUE EXAMPLES FOR SODOMITES TO IMITATE
The foundation of a true relationship with God is a genuine heart “because anyone who comes to Him {God} must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him”– HEB. 11:6 {NIV}. Young King Uzziah sought God“in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding through the vision of God; and as long as he sought the Lord, God prospered him” – 2 CHRO. 26:5 {NASB}. All sodomites needs Zechariahs who will encourage, inspire and move them towards God – away from enticing sinful pleasures that beset - 2 TIM. 3:4. Celebrity gay compliant pastors in the fallen spirit of King Uzziah when he forsook the godly counsel of Zechariah are still in the house of God offering polluted services – 2 CHRO. 26:15-16. They think like proud King Uzziah that they could do anything, preach apostate gospel to the world via their wide media outlets. But they forget that “those who walk in pride He {God} is able to humble”– DAN. 4:37 [NIV}. Just like these celebrity homosexuality approving ministers, Uzziah as a celebrity king sought to write the code of his own service in the temple and was confronted by courageous priests. “Leave the sanctuary, for you have been unfaithful; you will not be honoured by the Lord God,” they warned him – 2 CHRO. 26:18. But pride goes before destruction and eventual hell, for“while he was raging at the priests ……. In the Lord's temple, leprosy broke out on his forehead” – 2 CHRO. 26:19. Guided by Prophet Zechariah who communed with heaven and the invisible things of the Spirit, King Uzziah in the beginning showed great promise and became an early success. This king who started well, but ended proud, apostate and leprous was led out of the temple, put on the restrictions demanded by leprosy and died a leper! As a result, he didn't have the honour of being interned in the royal cemetery.
My gay friend, when will you give your life to the Lord Jesus Christ? Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? There's a fountain filled with blood, drawn from Emmanuel's vein which saves, keeps and delivers to the uttermost those who trust in Him. There is absolute and total power in the blood of the Lamb – REV. 12:11. The greatest achievement on earth is not to be listed in Forbes magazine's list of billionaires, or to earn a doctorate, or to be inducted into the many Halls of Fame. As it is written: “What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?” – MT. 16:26 {NIV}. My friend, on which side of eternity: Satan's dark, dank and doomed abode or the right, light and living abode of God with Christ will be your destination?
The last epitaph about King Uzziah was that: “He had leprosy” – 2 CHRO. 26:23. He remained a king, but remained a leper! He was unsaved, he wasn't born again. Hey pal, do you have spiritual leprosy? - 2 CHRO. 26:23. If you have not surrendered your life to the Lord Jesus Christ, you are a leper! Don't die spiritually and be buried outside the Lord Jesus in hell. That will be most tragic. Gays of the world, repent genuinely and fully now. And the God of peace will keep your soul in Jesus name, amen.
