THE VISIT OF THE FRENCH AND GERMAN FOREIGN MINISTERS TO NIGERIA.

The French and German Foreign Ministers, their Excellencies Mr. Laurent Fabius and Dr. Frank –walter Steinmeier will undertake a two-day joint official visit to Nigeria from 26th – 27th October, 2014.

During the visit, the two dignitaries will pay a courtesy call on President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR. The two European Foreign Ministers, will in addition, hold a one–day Ministerial Meeting with their counterpart, Ambassador Aminu Bashir Wali mni, CON on Monday, October 27th, 2014.

As part of their itinerary, they will pay a courtesy calls on the Chairman Independent National Electoral Commission Professor Attahiru Jega and ECOWAS Commission President.

The two Foreign Ministers will finally depart Nigeria on October 27th, 2014. This visit, one among several others from our foreign partners, underscores the healthy relationship and respect Nigeria enjoys within the comity of nations.
