BIG VALLEY CARNIVAL 2014 PLANS BIG FOR NINETEEN YEARS ANNIVERSARY

Organisers of one of the biggest Youth Carnivals in Lagos State, Big Valley Carnival (BVC) which will be nineteen years come December 26th, 2014 has promised that this year's event will be massive in orientation, bigger in size and content and it will give more value to the corporate sponsors/supporters and other well meaning individuals that has been instrumental to facilitating all forms of support over the years for the said carnival.

According to the MD/CEO of Eagles House Global Resources, the newly appointed Sponsorship/Marketing Firm for BVC, Alayande Stephen T., he reiterated the importance of taking the carnival to the next level. In his word” for a carnival as big as BVC, it is only proper for it to take its rightful place in the comity of carnivals in Lagos and Nigeria as a whole. And importantly, we want to use the carnival to connect and engage sponsors whose platforms include youths and upwardly mobile target audience” he opined.

The 2014 festival will commence with BVC Media Parley where details of all the Pre-event activities like BVC Courtesy Visits, BVC Ambassador Unveiling Rally, BVC Street Painting Project, BVC Sharp Mind& Spelling Bee Competition, BVC Health Awareness Session, BVC Street Soccer etc will be fully unveiled to the media and all other stakeholders who have been part of this carnival in the last nineteen years of its existence.

The incumbent President of BVC, Mr. Balogun Olawale Tajudeen in his own words said “ we are leaving no stone unturned for this year's event, engaging a professional outfit in Eagles House Global Resources is to strategically prepare the Carnival for the big stage next year during its 20th anniversary, hence, we will not disappoint you all, just watch out from September for different Pre-event activities as outlined by our consultant” he boasted.

It would be recalled that leading Nigeria Telecommunication Giant, AIRTEL supported the 2013 edition via prizes for the BVC Spelling Competition and the football competition while Kazeem Popoola Commercial Stores (KPCS), Hon. Obafemi Durosimi, Executive Chairman, Agboyi/Ketu Local Council Development Area, Eagles House Global Resources, 2breast Magazine amidst others also supported the carnival. =
