Yero appoints acting Head of Service

Governor Mukhtar Yero of Kaduna State has approved the appointment of Mr. Habila Kyong as the Acting Head of Service of the state.

Kyong's appointment is contained in a statement signed by the Director General, Media and Publicity, Alhaji Ahmed Maiyaki on Wednesday in Kaduna.

The statement said Kyong, whose appointment takes effect from Thursday, replaces Mr. Akila Bungwon.

The governor in the statement congratulated Kyong on the appointment and urged him to put in his best in improving

the capacity of the state civil service for better service delivery.

Yero advised him to regard the appointment as an opportunity to serve the people and actualise the ongoing reform in the state civil service.

The governor commended the outgoing Head of Service for a successful career in the civil service, appreciated his contribution to the development of the state and wished him well in his future endeavor NAN
