CONTAMINATION OF CRIME SCENES, A VERY VERY BIG DEAL!

So possible on factory lines....or even in the autopsy room, traces of moisture left even on doorknobs could send investigators in the wrong direction. Surgiccal instruments used to obtain forensic specimens are now required to be disposable....and included in the evidence bag! Those entering crime scenes are now required to don protective wear....clothing, caps and boot covers....made of paper....for obvious reasons! With our cops handling evidential materials with bare hands in full public glare, we still have a long way to go, don't we? Recall the License Plate Number incidence after the Nyanyan bomb blast?
