Her appointment has really not brought any new development into the aviation sector, though she claimed to have achieved a lot on paper. To be honest, I guess Nigerians are not surprise at her lack of ideology or transformation agenda, but her endemic corruption and the scandals' surrounding her educational background is one that will remain on the lips of Nigerians for a very long time.

Why most Nigerians are wondering about her continue stay in office, some are of the opinion that she is just a victim of a political onslaught aimed at humiliating the present administration. I will love to reveal some of the allegation level against her office and allow the public to judge;

• The ill-fated Associated Airline's plane crash as 'an act of God.' what was one of the most regrettable remarks from her office, the Minister of Aviation suggested that there was nothing Nigerians could have done about the plane crash transporting the corpse of former Ondo state governor, Olusegun Agagu, for burial, along with 20 other passengers. For a plane crash that claimed about 16 lives, Oduah's comment sparked outrage among the citizens. The preliminary report released days after the crash by the Accident Investigation and Prevention Bureau (AIPB), shows that the crash may have been caused by engine failure and human error, possibly the act of God could have been prevented has the minister done her own good job.

• The allegation that she compelled Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to finance from their account, two armoured BMW 760 Li vehicles to the tune of N255 million. The Minister, through her Special Assistant on Media, Joe Obi, explained that both vehicles were bought to protect Oduah, whom in the course of carrying out her duties, has come under threats. This was to be denied later, as the heat was becoming unbearable. The house of representative set up a committee to investigate the said allegation, in which the report of the committee clearly indicted the minister. Though, the presidential committee whose result is unknown might have view the said allegation as a minor corruption.

• Certificate forgery, according to a report released by online media platform, SaharaReporters, there is currently a doubt over the authenticity of the Master's Degree which the minister purportedly obtained in the United States of America. Since the allegation got to the public domain there has been several clean up by the aviation minister. As her Wikipedia page has been edited and her biography on the website of the Ministry of Aviation has been revised, with references to St. Paul's College now wiped out.

Stella Oduah has sufficiently demonstrated that she has lost the capacity to feel a sense of shame. The most honourable way out was to tender her resignation, but trust our dear politicians that is not going to happen.
