Mark condoles Soyinka over daughter's death

Senate President Senator David Mark has sent a message of condolence to Nobel Laureate Professor Wole Soyinka and family over the untimely demise of his daughter, Iyetade.

Senator Mark expressed sadness that late Iyetade died in her prime when her ready hands were needed to help humanity and the nation to a greater height.

According to Mark: ” I received the news of the exit of Iyetade with shock. I earnestly share in this pain . Please accept my sincere condolence over this sad loss.

” I did not meet Iyetade personally but her track record of professionalism and excellent services during her short but eventful sojourn on earth gives eloquent testimony of a patriotic and committed Nigerian.

He therefore urged the Soyinka's family , the government and people of Ogun State to take solace in the fact that late Iyetade left her positive footprint on the sand of time.
