New Premium Palm Nectar Palmwine Officially Presented To PHCCIMA President

In appreciation of the role of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce in bringing to reality the eagerly awaited introduction of Premium Palm Nectar Natural Raffia Palm Wine into the consumer market, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Palm Nectar Breweries Ltd, producers of Palm Nectar Palm wine, Dr. Uche Maraizu earlier this month paid a thank you visit on the president of PHCCIMA, Engr.

Emeka Unachukwu to officially present the new premium brand and announce its arrival to the eagerly waiting consumer market.

Making his remark during the visit, Dr. Maraizu, said he was appreciative of the role of PHCCIMA in realization of the dream of Palm Nectar, adding that the visit was another way to show gratitude for the support and encouragement from the chamber and to officially present the drink to the President who has been wonderful both as an individual and as head of this strategic organization.

He disclosed that Paim Nectar is a natural palm wine tapped and bottled from selected, matured raffia palm trees in Nigeria with no preservatives and 2.3 % alcohol volume and urged the public to give it a try and experience the taste of natural raffia palm wine.

Engr. Emeka Unachukwu who was full of praises for Dr Maraizu in his short speech said he is excited that Dr. Maraizu who obviously has lived more of his life in America could come into the country and beat the locals to what ordinarily should be their stock in trade by producing not just a palm wine but a premium palm wine.

He commended Dr. Maraizu for turning a vision which started like a dream to a reality. ”This is the kind of support Port Harcourt chamber of commerce gives to entrepreneurs to enable them succeed” he said, adding that the chamber engages in mentoring and providing the needed guide for members and entrepreneurs to accomplish something that is sustainable and profitable.
