FBN Capital Hosts First Project & Infrastructure Finance Conference

FBN Capital Limited, the investment banking and asset management business of FBN Holdings PLC, will host its 1st Annual Project and Infrastructure Finance Conference on the 8th of October, 2013 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Lagos.

An increasing number of natural resources and infrastructure projects have been financed and developed to meet the demand for Nigeria's significant infrastructure needs. The conference seeks to explore infrastructure growth as a catalyst to unlocking Nigeria's potential, and will gather together executives across key industries to address the role of legal, project and credit risk assessment by highlighting considerations integral to project finance through a series of case studies, panel discussions and presentations.

According to Patrick Mgbenwelu, Director and Head, Project & Structured Finance of FBN Capital, 'this event is the first of its kind in Nigeria and is quite timely in view of the growing demand for project funding across various sectors of the economy'.
