Ecobank Nigeria top managers to serve as Branch Tellers

Ecobank Nigeria has commenced an excellent service campaign, deploying  3,000 top managers as Branch Tellers nationwide. This campaign will give the management of the bank firsthand knowledge of the customers and their perception as well as enable the managers to have a better insight into the operations of the banking halls.

The senior managers will work as paying and receiving tellers and ATM custodians while at the branches. They will have the golden opportunity to observe the challenges faced by staff and customers and address such immediately.

The campaign is taking the senior managers to selected branches of the bank across the country, who will work as tellers and provide other services in the banking halls given them the opportunity to enhance staff relationship with bank customers.Commenting on the exercise, Head of Customer Service Quality, Itai Muktar said: 'It's an opportunity to get closer to our customers, to interact with them, to get them to have that kind of experience they always enjoy with the bank'. He added that the initiative is the bank's quest is to improve customer relationship that will be a win-win for all.
