Boko Haram Kills 20 “Civilian JTF” in Baga Town

Over 20 Civilian JTF who invaded Baga town in search of Boko Haram terrorist were however  shot dead by the armed insurgents in Dawashe District of Kukawa Local Government of  Borno State.  Pointblanknews.com gathered.

About ten others  were said to have sustained gun shot injury from the terrorist who started shooting sporadically in the town.

But the  Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) stationed in Baga town are now treating the injured  BOKO HARAM  victims affected by the attack

According to sources ” a group of Civilian Joint Task Force from Maiduguri stormed the village DAWASHI in search of BOKO HARAM members when the suspected sect members came armed and fired sporadic shots that killed over twenty innocent civilians while a dozen secured serious gunshot injury.”

The source added that the  victims are mostly fishermen and traders who pursue their legitimate business in the area the town.

Pointblanknews.com gathered that the civilian JTF were still lying within the premises of MNJTF Field Ambulance receiving medical treatment from the injury sustained during the attack.

Meanwhile,heavily armed Quick Reaction Group from  MNJTF had been deployed to ensure the safety of lives and property in the area.
