The Federal Government plans to sell 114.8 billion naira in treasury bills with maturities ranging from three months to one year at its twice-monthly auction on July 25, the central bank said on Wednesday.

The regulator said it will auction 24.8 billion naira in 91-day bills, 30 billion naira in 182-day notes and 60 billion naira in 364-day paper, using the Dutch auction system.

Yields at the short-end of the T-bill curve have been rising as bank try to attract offshore and local funds.
