Vanguard Columnist Pini Jason Dead

SAN FRANCISCO, May 04, (THEWILL) – Mr. Pini Jason, a veteran journalist and respected weekly columnist with Nigeria’s Vanguard Newspaper is dead.

Pini Jason, 66, the publisher of the defunct Examiner Newspaper and a former Special Adviser to ex Imo State Governor, Mr. Ikedi Ohakim, died Saturday morning inside his Yaba, Lagos residence, following complications from an intestinal surgery, a close friend of the columnist told THEWILL.
