HUMAN RIGHTS REPORT BUDGET PADDING BY NATIONAL ASSEMBLY: DAVID MARK AND AMINU TAMBUWAL, THE JIHADIST ARE NOT ONLY ARMED ROBBERS, BUT SHOULD BE HANGED IN THE VILLAGE SQUARE
David Mark earning a basic monthly salary of N81 million = Eight one million naira. Aminu Tambuwal earns N71 million monthly. Ike Ekweremadu earns N69 million monthly. Ihedioha earns N60 million monthly. Chairmen of Committees earn N55 million monthly in the Senate, while their Hons of Rep. counterparts earn N50 million monthly.

The President has refused accent to the Budget Bill of 2013 because satan – distinguished senators and demon-honourable members padded the budget. Padding means smuggling. Padding does not literally imply using pampers to press the buttocks of a baby. It could imply that also in another way. The law makers padded the budget so that they receive lion shares and at the same time preclude the public from noting the oozing smell of their treachery. That is the implication of padding a baby. The mess and shit would not be noticed, while on the back of the mother, but only the bigness of his buttocks.
So, the law makers by padding process smuggled frivolously coated projects engulfing billions of naira into the budget to collect it at the allocation, but prevent the public from knowing it, so that their tracks would be covered. That is what padding means.
Smuggling implies getting a contraband item inside the territory that banned it. So, it is an illegality. So, budget padding or budget smuggling is an illegality. Each member of the Hons of Representatives, not to mention each Senator, receives far more than Barak Obama, the President of America in basic monthly salary. Do you see to that? The President of the richest country in the world, receiving less than the least ordinary member of House Representatives, can you imagine that? Can you beat that?
That shows that Nigeria cannot move any inch forward with David Mark and his co-senators with Aminu Tambuwal and his co-Representatives. Convocation of National Conference is the solution. Please make no mistake about this. Nigerian state is corruption – failed.
