The Summit Meeting was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on January 4-5, 2013 with the participation of H.E. Haile Mariam Desalegn, Prime Minister of Ethiopia and Chairperson of IGAD, and H.E. Thabo Mbeki, Chairperson of the AUHIP.
