Hennessy Artistry disclosed recently plans to premiere a music video at an exclusive viewing session on November 17. Produced by Chocolate City's Jesse Jagz, Toast to the good life is an original composition that features Nigerian rapper and producer, Eldee, fast rising music sensation Tiwa Savage, and R&B power house Banky W. Commissioned by Hennessy Cognac as part of the build up to this year's Hennessy Artistry project, Toast to the good life is a call to fun lovers to forget their sorrows and celebrate the good life. Each of the artistes involved on the project wrote their verses, with Tiwa Savage writing and performing the brilliant hook.

The music video for Toast to the good life was directed by Gini and filmed in Lagos, Nigeria. The video will be screened by Hennessy lovers from all walks of life before going on an A-list rotation on Trace TV. Video Director, Gini, first came into limelight with video of the late Dagrin's Pon pon pon. He's also responsible for videos like Mo'cheddah's Ko ma roll, and Samklef's Molowo.

Alongside premiere of the music video, the event will feature a unique cognac tasting session with the Hennessy Ambassador, Cyrille Gautier-Auriol, who will fly in from France. 'It was an unforgettable experience spending time with Cyrille Gautier-Auriol in France, and I am more than excited that he's coming to town,' Eldee says

It would be recalled that on September 5, 2011, Eldee, Jesse Jagz and Banky W embarked on a trip to Cognac, France, where they were treated to the 'the Hennessy Heritage experience' alongside Chocolate City's M.I.

According to Banky W, 'we have put in a lot of energy into making sure this project is a success, and I am sure we have done a good job so far. I really enjoyed working with Tiwa and Eldee on this project.'

Currently in its 5th edition, Hennessy Artistry is Nigeria's most innovative musical platform. The series was first unveiled in Nigeria in 2007. Through the years, it has evolved from a cocktail-mixing contest between renowned bartenders to a battle of DJs and now a platform for experimental collaborations among multi-talented artistes.
