International Foundation for Christian Unity (IFCU in partnership with Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), would hold its annual Christian symposium themed, That They May Be One, billed for tomorrow, October 27 at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), Victoria Island, Lagos.

The symposium to be chaired by Mr. Chidi Ilogu, Chairman of IFCU, would discuss Exploring A New Way To Christian Unity. 'While Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, National President of PFN is expected as the keynote speaker, other principal speakers include Archbishop Magnus Atilade, Head of the South-West region of the Organization of African Instituted Churches (OAIC); Rev Felix Meduoye, General Overseer of Foursquare Gospel Church of Nigeria; Most Rev. Monsignor Gabriel Osu, Director of Social Communication, Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos and it would be moderated by Apostle Alex Bamgbola, Chairman, PFN, Lagos State chapter.

Copies of the book, That They May Be One, would be distributed to the participants.

President of IFCU, Mr. Cyprian Agbazue, said the mission of the organization is to publicise this divine intervention, which has been largely ignored worldwide as a panacea to genuine Christian unity based on God's own plan. 'The plan would be for the Nigerian church to study, appreciate and accept those revelations as truly divine interventions capable of quickening the journey to doctrinal unity.'

Agbazue further said: 'We propose a joint symposium to promote this divine plan at the national level and from that level, the Nigerian church under the umbrella of the Christian Association of Nigeria, might see the need to promote this worldwide as its contribution to re-uniting the universal church.
