Justice Reuben N. Onuorah,of the Enugu High Court, got a whooping N250 million 'mobilization' from Gov. Sullivan Chime of Enugu State, Senator Ayogu Eze, the three House of Representatives members, and some Enugu State House of Assembly members who lost in the primaries to give a restraining order against ex-chairman, Okwesileze Nwodo , and varnish from Enugu, Pointblanknews.com has learnt. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.compassnewspaper.com/NG/images/stories/Politicians/Ayogu_eze.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.compassnewspaper.com/NG/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=53&Itemid=701&limitstart=126&usg=__5Jv7UTdN1enKzOgeVzio_T4q-Xg=&h=240&w=280&sz=13&hl=en&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=0n1j2XYegAJGuM:&tbnh=166&tbnw=194&ei=co83Td2LL8WAlAfkpvHeBg&prev=/images?q=Senator+Ayogu+Eze&um=1&hl=en&sa=G&rlz=1R2ADFA_enUS380&biw=1899&bih=794&tbs=isch:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=309&vpy=92&dur=629&hovh=192&hovw=224&tx=174&ty=144&oei=co83Td2LL8WAlAfkpvHeBg&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=34&ved=1t:429,r:1,s:0

There are also new revelations as to how Nwodo, who is expected to face a disciplinary committee for appearing at the convention in violation of the court order, granted an illegal waiver to Abubakar Atiku when the Adamawa chapter of the People's Democratic Party(PDP), refused to admit him.

Our source hinted that Gov. Chime, and all the vanquished legislators contributed between N10 million and N50 million for the Nwodo project. The sacked chairman had deprived strings of aspirants at primaries in favor of his men.

It was learnt even after President Goodluck Jonathan tried to reconcile the Nwodo and Chime flanks, the latter group decided not to withdraw the pending suit brought before Justice Onuorah of the Enugu High Court by a stooge of Chime, Collins Amalu. They had among others asked the court to stop Nwodo because he was granted an illegal waiver, therefore was an illegal chairman.

President Jonathan on Tuesday in Lagos attributed Nwodo's exit, among others, to the multiple litigations against the party which his (Nwodo) activities attracted.

Pointblanknews.com also gathered a Gov. Chime's mole in the Nwodo's camp misled the ex-chairman on the morning of the convention. The mole, on the orders of Chime, told Nwodo the order had been vacated and that he could go ahead with his role at the convention. But efforts by counsel to Nwodo, Mr. Mike Ajogwu, to verify the information was not successful as Justice Onuorah had varnished. So Nwodo surfaced at the convention which irked the top echelon, including President Jonathan.

On the eve of the convention, Nwodo and his men tried to reach Onuorah, but could not, as all his phones had been switched off.

Our source revealed that “ the Attorney General, Bello Adoke, the Chief Justice of the Federation and the Chief Judge of Enugu were reached by Nwodo but none of them could track Onuorah, as he had left Enugu and switched off his phone. That was the deal. Because they did not want his to be pressured by a superior authority to vacate the order before the convention”

According to our source “all those who lost at the state and federal level were asked to contribute to the pool. At the end, over N250 Million was earmarked. Senator Ayogu Eze was one of them, backed by Chime. After the reconciliation meeting with Jonathan, the Chime group went ahead with the suit before Justice Onuorah for sinister reasons”

According to our source” about N250 million was budgeted for the project. After the Judge got the cash for the order he was told to exit Enugu and remain incommunicado.

Meanwhile on the waiver, Pointblanknews.com source said when Atiku returned, Nwodo manipulated the system to get Atiku back. Both Atiku and Nwodo had earlier left PDP for Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, so he ensured Atiku got the waiver and allowed to contest.

“When the Adamawa PDP refused to admit Atiku, Nwodo who was an ally of Atiku, approached Jonathan asking him to intervene. But the President was non-committal. The application for waiver to the Adamawa PDP was returned to Abuja. The Adamawa chairman, o the application simply said, this is for Abuja to handle, but did not grant any waiver. So Nwodo unilaterally gave him(Atiku).”
