Recently, Mr. P of Psquare has met backlash from fans and critics after rooting his support for Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

In his post, he described the candidate as the best opportunity to harness the country effectively. However, his message has raised reactions from fans and critics on the Twitter space.

"If they say we are only making noise on twitter and social media. Then how come everywhere dey scatter and going Gaga for PVC. E go shock dem … youths taking back their country. "

One user@detayo4 replies, "this road is road to PSquare family hous. PSquare and Peter Obi are from same state. Today, Psquare is living in Banana Island that Tinubu brought to Eko Atlantic in Lagos and he is telling Nigerians to give Nigeria to Peter Obi so that he can rule Nigeria like he ruled.

While, Stephen Precious rebuffs,
"This Lagos wey una dey hype, na the Lagos wey I dey stay abi which one abeg? The one over populated with no calculative measures to cub traffic? The one with bad drainage structure that flood happens even when it drizzles too much? The one that your 200k salary looks like 2k?"

@prexidor also opined,
"Northerners didn't love Buhari because he is their own. They love him because of their perception on his transparency and accountability, this raised their hopes for a better Nigeria though he failed them at last. Of d 3 candidates we have, only Peter Obi has that bragging right."
