Barrister Honoured

The fuji grand star, Alhaji Sikiru Ayinde Ololade Adeyinka Balogun a.k.a Sikiru Ayinde Barrister also called Alhaji Agba, was yesterday honoured by the Oyo State chapter of Fuji Musicians Association of Nigeria (FUMAN). Entertainment Cafe learned that the Oyo FUMAN celebrated the fuji star on his being conferred with the national honour of Member of the Federal Republic (MFR) by the Federal Government. The event, which kicked off at the Ibadan end of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, was rounded off with a reception at the Harison Suite, Oluyole Estate, Ring Road, Ibadan.

Entertainment Cafe learned that as early as 11.a.m fuji musicians, friends and colleagues all decked out in uniform ankara “Aso Ebi” had gathered at the toll gate to welcome the fuji grand star who rode with them in a convoy of to the reception venue. At the well-attended event, Barrister, who had given the title of Aremo of Fuji Kingdom to popular fuji artiste, 'Genius' Murhi Thunder, officially decorated him. The reception was organised by FUMAN Oyo State with the support of some stakeholders led by NOH-Saheed Audio Visual Communications.
