Ribadu is back
Ex chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) is back. He returned to Nigeria after spending about two years abroad.
Ribadu who is being fingered for a top position in the present adminstration, was recently reinstated by the police.
Ribadu, was received by his wife and three children at the departure terminal of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos. He was closely guarded out of the hall by his security officers who resisted any contact with journalists.
The former anti crime boss arrived at the airport at about 4:40pm from the United States of America in a Delta airlines flight and left in a Mercedes Benz.
Recently, the Police Service Commission, the arm of the Nigerian Police with the powers to employ, post, and discipline senior police officers, restored Mr. Ribadu's former rank of Assistant Inspector General, retired.
A reliable source said Mr. Ribadu will on Sunday receive a doctorate degree at Babcock University, Ogun State.
