I know it is hard to stop smoking, but take me for example...I quit smoking, went cold turkey for 6 days and finally I quit smoking forever!
No one needs those nasty death sticks anyways!
My grandfather died from cigarettes when he was 72. I was 10 when I seen him have a heart attack!
The ambulance rushed him to the hospital, but it was too late, he passed away quickly. We had the funeral in Lawrenceville and most of the family showed up.
All my grandmother could say to him while he was having a heart attack, was "You fool! I told you to stop smoking!" I believe this was her final words to him.
I miss my grandpa a lot, and learned a valuable lesson too, to stop smoking, as I had breathing problems. I have a friend, and she smokes like a chimney, and she is having crackling sounds in her chest and is a heavy smoker.
I told her to stop smoking and she won't. I myself had enough will power to cease and will never smoke again and you or a friend you know, can stop smoking as well! All it takes is willpower and the Strength to stop once and for all and if I can do it, so can you or anyone else.
Now...the next time you feel the urge to light up a cigerrette, then take my advice and don't! You'll live a lot longer, and chances are you won't get lung cancer like my grand father did. He could of lived to be 90 only if he did not smoke. He was 9 when he began smoking them and this is way to early for a child to start smoking.
I am so elated that I quit smoking once and for all. One can have breathing problems such as I did in the middle of the night. Smoking is hard on all your inner organs of the body, and unhealthy habbit it is, and too expensive of a habbit to afford..so take my advice and stop smoking those cancerous sticks and chew gum or write poetry, or sketch, work on a jig saw puzzle, go jogging, or walk a dog, yours or a friends in the park. There are so many things you can do, and all it takes is you!
Now put those cigarettes away once and for all, and toss them into the garbage where they belong, as they are nothing but garbage.
Thanks for reading my article and if my story could of been and is of some help, I am happy then in my heart knowing that you or a loved one can stop smoking forever.
You can do it, and if... you haven't kicked the habbit already..please try hard! Now... if I can do it, so can anyone else that is reading this and is a smoker.
You're body is special, so stop now! I know you can do it! I have confidence and faith in you...and you should too, have the confidence and faith in yourself to stop smoking forever.
