The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, celebrated his birthday on Monday.

The monarch turned 42 and celebrated in a low-key fashion.

A highlight of the celebration was the beautifully decorated cake. The enormous cake was designed with the Ooni’s coat of arms.

Attendees of the celebration were limited to his family and close friends.
