FCT PRIDE!!! Abuja Reporter Alex Nwankwo Honoured At The Nigeria Customer Service Week In Lagos
Abuja reporter Alex Nwankwo was over the week honoured at the conference and award seminar at the Nigeria Customer Service week held in Lagos. The 2016 edition was supported by Bank of Industry (BOI) and AFP Furniture(Julius Berger) at the 2016 International Customer Service week.
The research awards which feature about 27 sector of the economy, top brand are all at the civic centre on October 5th 2016 to witness the unveiling of the winners and the research process which include company service delivery Process, conduct and Ambience. Alexreports who received Abuja Entertainmer reporter award was the only brand headquartered in Abuja that bagged an award as others operated from Lagos city.
The list of the winner for the 2016 Nigeria Customer Service Awards includes Diamond Bank, Airte, Smile Communication, Leadway Insurance, ARM Pension, DHL, Total Nigeria plc, JAIZ Bank, AFP Furniture-Julius Berger, Dana Airline, KIA Motor, God is Good Motor, GIG Logistics, Nowahala Tour, International institute of tropical Agriculture (IITA), Shoprite , Konga.com , FBN Mortgage, GoTV, Alex Report – Entertainment Report Abuja, Federal Inland Revenue Service Channels TV, Domino Pizza, Hotels.ng , Zenith Medicare etc.
It could be recalled that Alex Nwankwo collected the 2015 edition of the award on behalf of Nairaland as Best Online Company of the Year. And this year Alexreports is been honoured as Abuja Entertainment Reporter of the year.
