Rat Found in Patients Belly During Operation

Seriously, Nigerians are still wondering how come a rat manages to enter a man's stomach and he has been carrying it for a while without knowing rather he had a protruded belly.

A certain Nigerian man in Abia state, had a dead rat removed from his stomach after a successful operation was carried out on him at the Royal Cross Methodist Hospital, Ugwueke on Thursday April 14.

According to Ohuabunwa Henry Kanu, who works at the hospital, the patient arrived the hospital with a protruded tommy at the hospital on Monday and the operation was carried out by one Dr. Hans Van den Corput on Thursday.

In his words, “This rat was removed from a patient in our hospital this afternoon. And the patient is a man, with a protruded tommy that arrived Royal Cross Methodist Hospital, Ugwueke on Monday. The operation was carried out by Dr. Hans Van den Corput today 14th April, 2016 at Royal Cross Hospital.”

But the questions on the lips of many is that how manage the rat got into his stomach without him knowing?
