It is high time the Benue state government and her counterpart in Nasarawa state provided a lasting solution to this reoccurring crisis".

The organization also condemned the Jungle justice meted on an okada thief in Aliade yesterday. They stated that while they are completely against any form of criminality, Benue youths must remain law abiding by reporting such cases to the appropriate authorities instead of taking laws into their own hands. They called on the state governor to investigate the case thoroughly and bring the perpetrators to book so as to nip in the mud any future occurrence of such barbaric acts.
