Bill Cosby’s Wife Withdraws Support, Absent At The Embattled Comedian’s Court Hearing

BEVERLY HILLS, January 08, (THEWILL) – Embattled comedian, Bill Cosby's wife, Camille Cosby who's been firmly behind Bill seems to be faltering in her support of her 78-year-old philandering husband.

Camille who was conspicuously absent at Bill's last hearing has according to reports, vowed to no longer be her husband's crutch.

“My husband doesn't deserve jail, but he does deserve every bit of the hell he's going through now even though he is still pretending that this hell doesn't exist,” she confided, reports Page Six .

The infidelities of “America's Dad” were well-known to Mrs. Cosby, 71, who simply insisted that her husband be discreet and not shame her.

“But, she has been thoroughly humiliated and believe me, her anger isn't directed at the women,” a source says. “Bill has humiliated her, and the affairs he's had have gotten out of hand and this [criminal charge] is him reaping what he's sown.”

Camille while playing her role as wife and business manager, scoffed at the claims of the first set of women who accused her husband of raping them, directing her Bill's high-powered attorneys to “get back out in front of this.”

However, as the list grew longer she was thoroughly humiliated, a source adds.

According to reports, the 71-year old who has been fighting giving a deposition is doing do not to protect Bill, but to stay out of the whole drama. It is common knowledge that you can't force a wife to testify against her husband.
