Obiano Pays Official Visit to Juhel ParenteralsLtd, Awka

Gov Willie Obiano of Anambra State yesterday paid official visit to Juhel Parenterals Ltd, Awka.

Welcoming the governor, Dr Ifeanyi Eric Okoye, the CEO of the drugs manufacturing company said;

"We... appreciate you Sir,for indirectly reducing our production cost through the unbelievable secure environment you provided within your short stay in office.

"Those who hitherto were avoiding trip to our factory... now visit asking for where to spend a cool night-out in Awka.

"This singular action has improved the quality of employable senior staff, since it was then difficult for some people to accept jobs due to insecurity".

Expressing satisfaction from what he saw on ground, Gov Obiano urged Ndi Anambra to bring home their investments stressing that his administration will not relent on the efforts in health sector geared towards making the State a Health Tourist Centre.

Gov Obiano also promised that a captive power of 10MW will be provided and instructed the Commissioner for Health to ensure that Juhel is the number one supplier of drugs to the State Government.
