Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker, has joined the league of celebrities that have made a call to government over none availability of electrical power supply in the country which has caused a lot of damage to lives.

The fair skinned actor in a bid to drive home his message, painted himself black to signify the blackout in the country.

Calling on his fellow Ghanaians, he made it known that the #DumsorMustStop Vigil was not only for celebrities alone but for the general public to come out and make their grievances known peacefully.

“The #DumsorMustStop Vigil is NOT only for celebrities. It's for all well meaning Ghanaians bothered and affected by the Dumsor. Let's come together on Saturday, 16th May and start our vigil from the bridge between the old Legon gate and the police station @ 4pm. It's a peaceful walk to Tetteh Quarshie. Bring your friends and family. See you there,” he wrote.
