Like the saying goes, 'a good name is better than riches,' it is indeed good for one to carve a niche for himself that others can sit and applause. Nigeria's singer, Patoranking may not doll out cash for every fan he sees outside, but he is sure happy that his name could help make a difference in a person's life.
The singer was passing along a street where he bump into an advert on a signpost with his name used to sell the services rendered by the company.
Interestingly, his name was used to represent a laundry services in Abuja. To some people, it would have seems to be an insult to them, like the row going on between two Nigerian singers of the use of same words with different spellings, rather the singer chose to campaign for the company.
In his words, “I don't know this guy but all I have to say is if you stay around his zone, please take all your dirty clothes there...Good name is better than riches.”
