COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT THE END OF THE SAGBEGHA KOROKOROSEI LED EXCO MEETING OF THE PDP BURUTU LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA HELD AT TEGATON HOTEL EFFURUN 21ST MAY, 2014

The Executive of Our Great Party Burutu Local Government Area Chapter After Serious Deliberations Arrived at the following Resolutions:

1) That we are Loyal to His Excellency Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan and that we applaud his Leadership style and Developmental Strides

2) That we are Loyal to The Leadership of The Party at The State and Various Levels

3) That we are however alarmed that 78 days after the landmark Judgment by The Honourable Justice M. Shitu Abubakar of the Federal High Court of Nigeria in The Warri Judicial Division On Wednesday 5th March, 2014 declaring Sagbegha Korokorosei as the dully Elected Chairman of PDP Exco in the Council Area, Party Leadership has not deem it fit to recognize him as such

4) That Sequel to the Judgment a Judgment Order was issued by the same Court directing the 2nd and 3rd Defendants namely; Peter Nwaboshi and the Peoples Democratic Party to IMMEDIATELY swear-in or Administer oath of office on the Plaintiff Namely; Sagbegha Korokorosei as Chairman of the 3rd Defendant in and for Burutu Local Government Area has not been obeyed

5) That even though The State Electoral Body has announced a tentative time table for council elections, it's surprising that the Leadership of the Party is not in a hurry to inaugurate the Exco

6) That we are using this medium to appeal to His Excellency Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan and the State Party Chairman Peter Nwaboshi to use their good offices to ensure that the inauguration is done without further delay

7) That our Great Party that Prides itself as upholding the rule of law should not be seen as flaunting a direct Judgment Order

We look forward to your Fatherly intervention in this regard

Long Live The Federal Republic of Nigeria
Long Live The PDP

Michael Botu
