Nollywood Turns Baby Factory Begins Competition

Nollywood which is the Nigeria's arm of Hollywood, has created jobs for many graduates and non-graduates. It has also brought many couple togather and turn many into renowned celebrity.

Recently, apart from watching the normal entertainment we get from watching movies, the industry has now turned to baby making industry as many of our celebrities are now either getting married or doing competition with pregnancy.

Just making the round are the likes of Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson who got married to Prince Odianosen Okojie at Christ Embassy Church, Oregun, Ikeja Lagos on Saturday, August 27, 2011.

On August 29, 2012, Mercy Johnson's spokesman officially disclosed to the media about her pregnancy. It was an exciting moment for her fans as there have been several rumors and speculations surrounding her pregnancy. On December 30, 2012, Mercy Johnson delivered a baby girl called Purity in United States of America. Now we hear that Mercy is pregnant again and expecting her second baby soon.

But it does not just stop with her as fellow Nollywood actress Uche jumbo who got married to Kenny Rodriquez, ventured into the Nigerian movie industry in 1999 in the movie Visa to hell and since then has over sixty movies to her credit.

According to sources, the hushed-hushed wedding was designed to take everyone by surprise, and it sure did just that. No one-even her family members it was revealed knew she was getting married. Her friends in Nollywood were blindsided and most were heard wondering why she kept such a happy event close to her chest. Uche Jombo is an intensely private person who has always guarded her privacy very jealously. But we just found out that the screen diva is pregnant for her first child.
