Nigerian Police Release Photographs And Descriptions Of Three Men Wanted Over Ejigbo Sodomy /Murder Case

Saharareporters obtained photographs and physical descriptions today of three more suspects in Ejigbo sodomy case wanted by the Nigeria Police Force.

The suspects are being sought for their alleged role in the torture and sodomy of three women in Ejigbo market in 2013; one woman died as a result of her injuries.

The main suspect is the coordinator of Oodua People's Congress (OPC) in Ejigbo area.  The police descriptions are as follows:

Ranti Lukeman Akande a.k.a. Otempa
He is between 45-50 years old, from Ayetoro in Yewa North LGA of Ogun State. He is dark in complexion, tall with a big frame but without tribal marks. He has white set of teeth with a gold tooth indicating he has been on Hajj to Mecca. Likes to be addressed as Comrade or Alhaji or Chief Ranti Lukeman Akande a.k.a Attempt.  He is known to be a Panel beater before joining the OPC and rising to become Coordinator OPC for Ejigbo Zone, Lagos. He speaks fluent Yoruba language and understandable English language. He is married with children and likes attending parties.

Saharareporters learned Otempa has five wives but does not live with any of them.

Akeem  Shittu
About 42 years of age, from Ayete town, Ibarapa Central LGA of Oyo State. He is dark in complexion, slim but tall and has tribal marks. He speaks Yoruba language fluently and also speaks understandable English language. He is married and is a member of the OPC at Ejigbo Market.

Tiri (surname unknown)
About 37 years of age, from Ibadan in Ibadan North LGA of Oyo State. He is married with children. He is dark in complexion, not too tall, no tribal marks, has pointed nose with a set of scattered teeth. He also has visible thick lower lips.

A photograph for the fourth suspect is unavailable – only that he is known as Abolore.

Police are encouraging citizens to come forward with any details about the suspects by calling 08157178111 and 08098902777 or by reporting to the nearest police station.

Last Tuesday, the Police Federal SARS in Lagos paraded ten of the suspects in the Ejigbo sodomy case, and declared four others wanted.
