Boko Haram Kills 90 In Maiduguri Latest Attack

Over 90 residents of Izge Community in Gwoza Local government Area of

Borno State were shot dead last night by suspected Boko Haram terrorist

in a fresh bomb and gun attack, resident told Pointblanknews.com.

Izge , a Christian dominated community in Gwoza Local Government Area of

Borno State is about 60 kilometers away from Maiduguri the epic centre of

Boko Haram crises.
Police Commissioner in Borno State Lawal Tanko confirmed the attack today.

“I don't have the exact figures now , my men have gone to the scene of the

incident , I will get back to you later.” Lawal Tanko said on Phone .

A survivor of tha attack Ibrahim Musa said over 90 residents were Shot

dead last night when suspected Boko Haram terrorists invaded their town.

“Most of us were sleeping when all of all of a sudden we started hearing

gunshot and Chanting of ” Allahu Akbar” from Boko Haram members numbering

over 300 .
“They started shooting sporadically killing everyone on sight while many

other residents were left critically injured. I and a very few others

were able to escape thorough the bush only return this morning and found

over 90 dead bodies littered everywhere in our town” Musa said on phone

today.
