Samsung, Easy Taxi offer free valentine ride to customers

Samsung Nigeria has collaborated with the taxi hailing app service, Easy Taxi, to give customers free taxi rides on February 14 and 15, 2014. The taxi service, which was set-up barely six months ago, has risen to provide the safest means of transportation for Lagosians with plans to expand to other states within the forthcoming year.

According to Bankole Cardoso, managing director, Easy Taxi, 'the brand Easy Taxi is passionate about providing the safest, fastest and most convenient taxi service to Nigerians and has put in place several customer interactive measures to ensure this is achieved. The Easy Taxi Samsung Free Day as the campaign is called is a targeted partnership with Samsung to boost customer service and appreciate our users.'

The strategic partnership with Samsung will allow users of Samsung devices request a taxi within Lagos for free between 9pm on February 14, to 9pm on February 15, 2014.

The campaign is to be rounded off with an exclusive evening with Nigerian RnB superstar Banky W for fans to engage, network and socialise.

Easy Taxi is a taxi hailing service that operates with the use of a mobile app to connect independent drivers registered to the Easy Taxi network with passengers in a smooth, easy and safe way. Easy Taxi began operations in Nigeria in July 2013.
