Inbisco Nigeria fetes its distributors, as five distributors smile home with brand new buses

As part of its tradition of empowering her trade partners,  Inbisco Nigeria Limited, the commercial arm of Mayora Group- second largest food manufacturing company in Indonesia, has rewarded its distributors who recorded outstanding performance in their 2013 sales.

At an event which was tagged, “The 2nd Inbisco Nigeria Distributors’ Forum”, 5 most outstanding distributors across the country smiled home with one brand new goods delivery bus each in appreciation of their sterling performance for 2013.


Presenting the keys of the buses to the winners at a well attended ceremony in Lagos over the weekend, the Country Manager of Inbisco Nigeria Limited, Mr Emeka Ajoiyi said the gesture was part of the company’s culture of rewarding excellence and also to encourage its distributors in their business operations.


“It is highly fulfilling to see some of our distributors smile home with brand new buses, which is inline with our culture of rewarding excellence and adding value to the business of our trade partners. Inbisco has a penchant for building a lasting relationship with her partners and today‘s event goes to buttress the point that we care for our customers”, he said.

Ajoiyi further noted that apart from rewarding the distributors who excelled in their sales target last year, the company will equally sponsor four staff who distinguished themselves, for an exchange programme in Indonesia, the company’s head office.

“This is part of our deliberate policy to ensure that Inbico is an employer of choice where excellence is not only rewarded but celebrated. We have put a ruburst policy in place to not only hire best hands in the industry, we make the environment friendly and conducive to encourage new initiatives. From what is happening here today, it is obvious that our customers play key roles in what we are and as a company, we appreciate that fact much,” he said.

Ajoiyi noted that the exchange programme was aimed at exposing the staff to international best practices and also to broaden their knowledge on new production techniques, as well as, market execution.


While appreciating the distributors for their supports last year, he also pleaded for more supports in the years ahead.
