FRSC commences capacity building for personnel in Anambra

The Nnewi Unit Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Anambra has commenced capacity building for its personnel to improve their productivity.

The Unit Commander, Mr Chinaza Ebuta, told newsmen in Awka on Friday that the agency had engaged its workforce in a one-day workshop entitled “Be a Master of Your Process and Procedures.''

He said the workshop was organised to improve the service delivery and tackle challenges facing the “process owners in report rendition” to achieve the strategic goal of improved data collection and analysis.

Ebuta said the command wanted to enhance interfacing capability among its departments and units to achieve effective service delivery.

He called on the team leaders to strictly adhere to the agency’s operational order and practice to curtail patrol misconduct.

He also said the command had intensified its awareness campaign against road mishaps in its area of operation.
